The long term vision is to slowly evolve Kalye Siete into a more conscious, seed-to-table dining experience.
The Biggest Shift
The breakthrough came from redefining the ICP through our Brand DNA onboarding process.

After:
“Muslim families who want a welcoming and comfortable BBQ experience together.”

One of the biggest operational decisions was transitioning Branch 2 into a 100% non-pork branch, specifically to better serve the Muslim-majority community around the area.
The response from the market was immediate.

Google Business Profile
We cleaned up and optimized their Google Business Profile by:
- Removing outdated photos that no longer reflected the updated restaurant direction
- Updating key business information
- Responding to both positive and negative reviews to build trust and transparency
Social Media Cleanup
We also removed old content that was unintentionally hurting the brand, especially event photos and promotional posters that no longer aligned with Regine’s values and direction.
We then deployed an AI-assisted inquiry response system to improve response time and customer engagement.
